Vision: Ahva is a resource and a center for the blossoming embodiment of every individual’s deepest inner wisdom, radiance and love.
Mission: To offer life transforming services in the field of Sacred Healing Arts and Spirituality.
Founder: Mersedeh Kheradmand, BFA, NTS., is an accomplished artist and an inspired teacher.

Mersedeh is a holistic health educator, yoga and meditation instructor, and an inspiring life coach. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, and the Master Yoga Academy.
Her studies in the field of Vedic Sciences started in 1995, and includes Yoga and Meditation, Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, Jyotish, Hasta Samudrika, Vastu and Vedic Counseling.
Mersedeh has had the great fortune and opportunity to study with Master teachers and educators. She has deep gratitude for each of her mentors, they include: Swamini Nirmalananda Saraswati (Rama Birch), Miguel Ruiz, Sofia Diaz, Dr. David Frawley, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, Dr. Mary Joe Cravatta, Liu Ming, and Martin Prechtel.
Experience: Mersedeh has been in private consulting practice since 1996. Her unique gift of creative insight comes through years of continued extensive trainings, her dedication to daily practices and living the teachings. These 26 years have included 12 years of teaching classes and workshops and 15 years of organizing and hosting seminars for several of her mentors. The in-depth study of Ancient Wisdom Traditions and the Sacred Healing Arts has been her continued source of deep inner growth and immense joy. She is passionate about being of service to her clients and supporting them to connect to the truth of who they are.
She is nourished by her spiritual studies and daily practices, by tending to her medicinal herb and veggie gardens, cooking delicious wisdom filled foods daily, spending time in the beauty and teachings of nature, travel and pilgrimage to sacred sites around the world, dancing, painting, learning to play the santoor, spending time with horses, time with her family and community doing very creative art projects. She lives with her husband in Northern California.
